DROWNING IN THE INTERNET

Sometimes I have to take a step back and look at what I'm doing with my time.

I just watched a 6 minute video about how McDonald's Chicken Nuggets are made. (They are trying to convince us that McNuggets are not gross, which is false--just look at this pic of their chicken. Pretty gross.)

I will never get those 6 minutes back and I still don't want to eat McDonald's Chicken Nuggets.

I also read an article about how Disney is making their villains skinnier and everyone is in an uproar about it. And I flipped through a slideshow of unfortunate Family Christmas Card photos.

It's not like I don't have things to do, but the next article or site or clip always looks so interesting. And it's a mere 6 minutes (or 3 paragraphs or 11 pictures)--it's only going to take a second.

Six minutes and 3 paragraphs and 11 pictures adds up pretty quick.

The internet is a weird, weird place.

However, if you are interested in the making of McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, be my guest.
